Just Trust Me.
I Have Better For You!
Sometimes we hold tightly to
our own plans, thinking we know exactly what we need, only to find that God had
something far greater waiting for us all along. Like a child offering her small
gift, we can’t always see the blessings He’s holding behind His back. When we
learn to trust His timing and release our need for control, we discover that
His ways are not only higher, but filled with love, purpose, and goodness
beyond our imagination. Whatever you’re praying for today, remember that God’s
plan is always better.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Sometimes our
feelings get in our way, but trusting God is more than a feeling; it’s a choice
to have faith in what He says even when our feelings or circumstances would
have us believe something different. Our feelings and circumstances matter and
are very much worth paying attention to and God cares about them both. But
those things alone are not reliable enough to base our life on. They can change
at any moment, even in an instant. God, on the other hand, does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and
therefore is worthy of our absolute trust.
At the end of the day, God
loves us and we can show our trust in Him by communicating about all our
feelings and circumstances with Him — the good and hard — through prayer. We
shouldn’t let our unreliable and unstable emotions or feelings rule our lives;
we should bring them to God so He can help us address them. God is never
disappointed or frustrated by our struggles, doubts or pain. He cares about us,
and we can trust Him with everything that is going on in our lives.
Remember,
whatever God takes away, do not complain. Be patient because He will bring
something better. Amen!
💖God is saying to you today,
"You have to trust Me even when you do not understand what I am doing.
My ways are higher than your ways.
Just believe that all things are working together for your good. Your faithfulness in Me and the way I choose to get it done will be rewarded.
Live a life of faith. Trust Me. I got you.”
